By accessing or using PromptMithra (available at promptmithra.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PromptMithra ("we", "us", "our"). By clicking "I Agree", registering an account, or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

PromptMithra is an AI-powered prompt generation platform that helps users create detailed, scene-by-scene prompts for generating images and videos using third-party AI tools. Our content covers:

• Indian Mythology — sourced from authentic sacred texts (Valmiki Ramayana, Vyasa Mahabharata, Puranas etc.)
• Temple Stories — Sthala Puranas, Alvar bhakti, Nayanmars stories
• History — verified Indian historical events
• Stories — Panchatantra, folk tales, motivational stories
• Science Topics — educational visual content

PromptMithra generates text prompts only. We do not generate, host or distribute any images or videos. All AI image/video generation is done by the user on third-party platforms using our prompts.

As a user of PromptMithra, you are solely and fully responsible for:

• How you use the prompts generated by our platform
• The images and videos you create using our prompts on third-party AI tools
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws of India and your local jurisdiction
• Obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses before publishing content based on our prompts
• Keeping your account credentials secure and not sharing them with others
• Any consequences, legal or otherwise, arising from the content you create using our prompts

You agree that you will NOT use PromptMithra prompts or services to:

• Create content that disrespects, mocks or defames any religion, deity, religious figure or community
• Generate sexually explicit, obscene or pornographic content of any kind
• Create fake news, misinformation or propaganda about historical figures or events
• Produce content that incites violence, hatred or discrimination against any group
• Create content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights of others
• Use our prompts for any illegal purpose under Indian law or international law
• Harass, threaten or harm any individual or group
• Create deepfakes of real persons without their consent
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt our platform
• Share your account or resell access to our service without permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to bulk download our content
• Create content that hurts religious sentiments of any community in India

The prompts generated by PromptMithra are provided for your personal and commercial creative use. However:

• The PromptMithra platform, design, logo and database are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced
• Mythological content is sourced from ancient texts in the public domain
• You may use generated prompts for personal, educational and commercial purposes
• You may NOT resell or redistribute our prompt library as your own product
• Images/videos you create using our prompts belong to you and the AI platform you used — subject to their terms

PromptMithra offers a subscription plan at ₹99 per month. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge ₹99 per month to your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months already billed
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to registered users
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store your card details
• In case of payment failure, access may be suspended until payment is cleared
• All subscription fees are non-refundable regardless of usage — once a billing cycle has commenced, the full subscription amount is charged irrespective of whether the service was accessed or utilized during that period. No refund, credit or adjustment shall be made for unused days, unused prompts or non-usage of the platform

PromptMithra provides an AI prompt generation service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the service.

• Any content created by users using our prompts — all responsibility lies with the user
• Legal consequences arising from misuse of prompts by users
• Accuracy of AI-generated prompts — users should verify before publishing
• Actions taken by third-party AI platforms (Midjourney, Runway, Sora etc.)
• Any copyright claims arising from user-created content
• Religious, cultural or social offence caused by user-created content
• Loss of data, revenue or profits due to service interruption
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days of subscription (i.e., ₹99).

PromptMithra takes great care and respect in presenting Indian mythological content. Our prompts are sourced from authentic ancient texts. However:

• All mythological prompts are for creative and educational purposes only
• We source content only from authentic sacred texts — no fictional film adaptations
• Users must use mythological prompts with utmost respect and sensitivity
• Creating disrespectful, offensive or blasphemous content using our prompts is strictly prohibited
• PromptMithra does not endorse any specific religious interpretation or sect
• Any hurt caused to religious sentiments through user misuse is entirely the user's responsibility

We respect your privacy. Here is what we collect and how we use it:

• Name and email — for account creation and communication
• Payment information — processed by Razorpay, we do not store card details
• Usage data — which topics you browse, to improve our service
• API keys — stored only on your device, never on our servers

We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party. We do NOT share your information with anyone except as required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:

• You violate any of these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in prohibited uses listed in Section 4
• You attempt to abuse or exploit our platform
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
• We receive valid legal orders requiring us to do so

Upon termination, your access to the service will end immediately. No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period in case of termination due to Terms violation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India

• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws
• These Terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian regulations

PromptMithra reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email
• Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms
